Responsibilities include:
- Qualified subcontracted maintenance contractors
- Quality, experienced vendors and suppliers
- Contract Supervision
- Preparation of specifications and solicitations of bids and estimates
- Forecasting of future capital improvements
- Site inspections for ADA Compliance
- Quarterly (at minimum) Roof Inspections
- Site inspections for FEMA Compliance
- Cost Effective 24 hour Emergency Response Support
