LandQwest Property Management currently utilizes Yardi Genesis, a fully integrated accounting and property management application which is designed for all real estate management, including commercial, office, industrial, retail, condo associations, and other types of properties. Yardi is equipped with many advanced features that enables us to utilize the program with ease, efficiency, and security. The versatility of the software program is that it allows the user to automatically export reports to Word, Excel, HTML, or RTF with a single click of the mouse, which makes importing data into other software possible (i.e. Quickbooks). This is a beneficial feature for out-of-state Owners and their Cheif Financial Officers.
