Responsibilities include:
- Work with Financial Institutions on revitalizing the center for the purpose of leasing and/or sale
- Asset evaluation from an operational viewpoint
- Assessment of all leases and amendments
- Coordinate payment of real estate taxes and insurance
- Financial Reporting
- Long and Short Term Budgeting
- Coordinate service contracts and third party contracts
- 24 hour emergency response support
