A resident of Florida for over twelve years, Wendy gained her vast knowledge and experience of the commercial real estate and management industry under the tutelage of North American Properties and Pelican Bay Development. She also brings a strong accounting background in both the commercial and residential real estate markets.
In her current position with LandQwest, Wendy is responsible for directly overseeing approximately 350,000 square feet of the company’s current management portfolio. Her duties include financial review of monthly reports, lease administration, property inspections, maintaining excellent tenant and vendor relations, creation of marketing/leasing packages, and assisting the accounting department in any necessary aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivables, and invoicing.
Wendy has contributed in the:
• Construction of 8 New Shopping Centers
• Renovation (Tenant Build-Outs) of over 15 Commercial Properties
• Construction of 700 + Single Family/Multi-Family Homes
