A long term resident of Lee County, Rhonda Briggs has parlayed her organizational and management skills into an executive career, earning her a repertoire of professional success in the area since 1986. Her diverse background consists of over eleven years in the banking industry and five years as the financial manager of one of the largest automotive companies in Florida, where she gained a wide-range of experience in financial reporting, cash management, financial forecasting, payroll administration, and payables/receivables.
In her current role with the LandQwest companies, Rhonda is responsible for overseeing the accounting functions for:
(1) LandQwest Commercial, LLC our full-service real estate brokerage company.
(2) LandQwest Property Management, LLC, which oversees the management of commercial properties for the principals, as well as, third-party owners.
(3) LandQwest Asset Recovery, LLC, which assist lenders in all areas of asset recovery, through management and ultimately disposition.
In her duties she is conscientious, providing accurate and concise monthly financial reports; tenant communications for rental increases and recovering delinquencies; and assisting the Principals with the accounting side of the policy and procedures manual.
Rhonda currently assists with the management of LandQwest’s portfolio of retail, office, and industrial space throughout Florida’s West Coast, the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions through software programs such as QuickBooks and Yardi.
