Mike has been working as an advisor in commercial real estate in Southwest Florida since 2004. He has extensive experience in the analysis of real estate, with a strong background in the analysis of office, industrial properties, and vacant land. He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Florida State University.
Prior to joining LandQwest Commercial, Mike worked with VIP Commercial as an Advisor for 6 years. In addition he was a commercial appraiser with Hanson Real Estate Advisors for 15 years. He has completed assignments for various clients including investors, owners/users and financial institutions.
Mike is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a past President of the Commercial Investment Professionals (CIP) a member of the Real Estate Investment Society, and a past board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Florida.
