Matt Yaniglos, SCDP, CLS
Managing Director, Retail Services
Matt is Managing Director of the LandQwest Commercial Retail Services division. Mr. Yaniglos has an extensive background in commercial real estate development, construction management and third party leasing. Prior to joining LandQwest, he has over 12 years of successful experience working with two private firms and completing over 50 projects. Matt’s comprehensive background in project management and development allows him to provide valuable insight to both clients and tenants.
In 2010, Matt was responsible for over 35 completed transactions totaling almost 150,000 SF. Matt currently represents such clients as Kimco Realty, Inland Group and Equity One, all which are nationally recognized as leaders in the industry.
Matt has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 2003. Over and above the specialty professional designations commonly held by architects, engineers and contractors, Matt earned the Certified Design, Development, and Construction Professional (CDP) designation through ICSC in the inaugural class of 2007 and recently achieved senior level status for the same designation (SCDP). This prestigious CDP designation recognizes professionals who demonstrate their experience and proficiency in retail development, design and construction. Matt has recently added the CLS designation (Certified Leasing Specialist) to his impressive resume.
