As LandQwest Property Management’s director of asset management, Mary is responsible for overseeing the company’s property management division, in addition to servicing third-party commercial accounts to include the creation of policy and procedure manuals, disaster plans, property budgets, and monthly financial reporting just to name a few.
One of Mary’s key niches is organization. Through more than 13 years of experience in property management and operations, lease administration, and marketing she has developed and refined the creation of an Operations Book for each center which includes: lease synopsis, site plans, drawings, maps, specs on individual HVAC units, and utility sheets for all properties managed to assist not only the property manager and team members of LandQwest but also the Owners of the centers and the leasing agents as well.
Her professional experience and expertise was achieved through some of the nation’s most respected names in commercial real estate, Simon Property Group and Cafaro Company.
At any given point, Mary manages a portfolio of approximately one million square feet of retail, office, and industrial space throughout Florida’s West Coast, the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions and over the years has participated and/or overseen in the:

Professional Affiliations: Mary is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC); Real Estate Investment Society (REIS); and local Chamber of Commerce Associations. She is also a member and sits on the Board of Directors for the Building, Owners, and Managers Association (BOMA).
