With over 20 years of Commercial Brokerage, Brokerage Management, Retail Tenant Representation and Asset Management experience, Mr. Mounce has a proven track record of success. In 1989 he held the title of Asset Manager for Fort Myers based Mariner Capital Management a division the Mariner Group. Mr. Mounce managed multiple commercial properties from Marco Island to Bradenton, Florida. In 1996 he left Mariner to become a founding Principal of a Tampa, Florida based regional commercial real estate firms southwest Florida office. Mr. Mounce held the title of Managing Director of Retail Services and was located in the Fort Myers, Florida office for 10 years.
For the past 14 years Mr. Mounce’s focus has been Tenant Representation. Some of his clients include such names as Office Depot, Sweetbay Supermarkets, Rooms To Go, Fresh Market, Darden Restaurants (Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Bahama Breeze, Smokey Bones, Longhorn Steakhouse, Season’s 52 and Capital Grille) Ruby Tuesday, Panera Bread, Lowes Home Improvement Centers and McDonalds, USA. In addition, he has been responsible for the leasing of new and re-development projects of varying sizes from 20,000 square foot unanchored retail strip centers to 300,000 square foot power centers throughout the west coast of Florida.
Upon forming LandQwest Commercial, LLC in 2005, Mr. Mounce continues his focus on the development of his National and Regional Tenant Representation and third party leasing and management services.
