Jason Sepanski, CCIM, SCLS
Broker Associate
Jason Sepanski comes to LandQwest Commercial after operating Florida Commercial Source, a full service brokerage firm based in Sarasota, since 2007. Jason represented the sellers in over $6.0 million in land sales to national companies including Perkin’s, Burger King, ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, Tire Choice and Englewood Bank.
Jason’s real estate career advanced in 2005 when he earned the title of Vice President at FMO Properties. In addition to his sales and leasing experience, Jason has over six years experience in financing, acquisition, accounting, marketing and management of commercial real estate.
Jason will represent LandQwest Commercial in Sarasota, Manatee, Pinellas and Hillsborough counties, providing an additional office between corporate headquarters in Fort Myers, Florida and the Tampa location.
Jason, a licensed real estate broker, recently earned his CCIM designation and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), where he earned the designation of Senior Certified Leasing Specialist. A Florida resident for more than 20 years, Jason resides in Sarasota with his wife and three children, ages 8, 6 and 4. He is active in local charitable and civic organizations, including the Cub Scouts.
