Ashley serves as the Retail Services Coordinator for LandQwest Commercial. In this role, Ms. Knie is responsible for assisting with the marketing and leasing for the firm’s retail assignments as well as collateral development, sales material and business development.
Before joining LandQwest Commercial, Ms. Knie served as Marketing Coordinator for Cushman & Wakefield’s Agency Leasing team in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to that, Ms. Knie was a Project Manager with Bovis Lend Lease, Inc. and worked on the St. Regis Hotel and Residences project in Buckhead, where she concentrated on the condominium build-out and all financial, schedule and design modifications associated with the condominiums.
Ms. Knie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida (1999-2004). Originally from Spartanburg, SC, she is an active member of ICSC and a LEEP AP professional.
