In October/November 2003 -- remodel of an industrial office/warehouse building. Complete exterior and interior renovation which included the following:
Exterior:
Installed a new metal façade; New water treatment system; Upgraded existing roadway sign; Added two illuminated canopy awnings; Replaced and/or re-secured gutters and downspouts; Replaced building lighting; Repaired garage and man doors; Landscaping maintenance; Power washed and painted exterior block; Cleaned out storm drainage and catch basins; Primed and painted all utility meters and lines.
Interior:
Renovated and established a lobby/seating area, added furniture and finishing touches; Carpet removal and reinstallation; General Cleaning; Drywall repairs; Touch-up painting; Replaced lighting where necessary; Serviced HVAC systems; Replaced and/or repaired all emergency lighting; Restroom and plumbing repairs.
